Creative Incubator for EntrepreneursVision Weaving is a creative incubator for entrepreneurs and creatives to open the year by stepping back from the day-to-day of your work and perceive the larger story unfolding across the year ahead.
Rather than beginning in isolation with goals, content calendars or conventional business planning - we begin together, in a shared space of visioning and story.
In this space you will be guided through visioning, storytelling, strategic mapping and collective reflection to develop the narrative arc of your year, what you are here to create and identify the stories that will bring that vision into form and carry people on the journey with you.
You will be supported to leave this space with a clear vision for the year ahead and a map through which it can be expressed.
Before anything exists, someone has to imagine it.
Every business began as an idea and every movement as a possibility perceived before it became collective reality.
We are living through a time when many of the systems and stories we have inherited are being questioned. And while there is essential work to be done transforming what already exists, I believe another form of change happens alongside it:
We create entirely new possibilities.
This is the work of the visionary.
Yet somewhere within the pace of entrepreneurship, we can lose touch with this capacity. Our attention becomes consumed by launches, algorithms, content, clients, strategy and the endless question of what we should be doing next.
We become very good at producing, and sometimes forget how to be still and listen.
Vision Weaving is an invitation to begin the year differently.
Over the first two months of the year, we will step into a collective space beyond the immediate demands of our work and enter into relationship with the larger story waiting to unfold through us.
We will vision, we will listen and we will seek to find the golden thread that will weave through your work in the coming year.
The Visionary...The visionary lives in relationship simultaneously with the world and what does not yet exist.
The visionary senses the shape of something before there is language for it. A gathering, a book, a business, a new way of being.
The work of the visionary is to build a bridge between imagination and form. To listen closely enough to recognise what is asking to emerge and then develop the language, structures and stories through which others can enter their world.
Vision Weaving is a space for this work to unfold.
Storyweave Visioning Process...The process of bringing an idea into form is, at its essence, dream work. The concept of Storyweave is founded on the understanding that storytelling is the golden thread, one that weaves the unseen into form and bridges the inner world of vision, intuition and imagination with lived reality.
As part of the process with Storyweave, we work not just with the story of your work, but with the vision itself. During our journey together, I will invite you to step back from the story and the strategy around your work and enter into a visioning process supported by the Blue Lotus flower - a water lily that has been used in ritual and ceremony since ancient times as a bridge between the waking world and the dream state.
The natural lifecycle of the lily reflects the process of creation itself and the flower’s properties can support us to connect to deeper layers of perception. As such, the Blue Lotus has become an important thread within Storyweave, standing as a symbol of the visionary process itself.

2 × Storyweave Circles: Live group working sessions to make progress, strategise for the year ahead and share with peers
Dedicated Vision Weaving Telegram Group: A living field for community sharing, voice-notes reflections and teachings. There will be a dedicated space here for my feedback and reflections on your work + content you are preparing for the year ahead

Your Guide...Anneka is a storyteller at heart and by nature. For over a decade, she has supported intergovernmental organisations, investment firms, cultural institutions and others in shaping narratives to advance sustainable systems change. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy and impact - helping complex ideas move from intention into action.
Alongside this, Anneka works with visionaries and impact-led entrepreneurs to birth their ideas into the world, giving form to projects and initiatives through the art of storytelling. She views storytelling as a golden thread, an inherently human technology that weaves reality from the unseen into form.
Living in a time of profound global transition, Anneka believes we now hold both the tools and the collective vision to reorient our trajectory toward systems that are regenerative, life-supporting and prosperous for all.
