The dream journey is followed by a Sekhem Reiki healing session - a lineage of energy healing connected to the temples of Ancient Egypt. Working through the subtle body, Sekhem Reiki can support deep restoration, nervous system regulation and the re-harmonising of physical, emotional and energetic layers.

Sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing you to receive the work from the comfort of your own space. Blue Lotus is not provided; however, I am happy to recommend trusted suppliers upon booking if you do not already have your own.

Following the session, you will receive written reflections and feedback, offering insight into the energies that moved and themes that emerged. These notes are intended as a companion in the days and weeks after, as the healing continues to unfold and integrate within the body.

For those who feel called, it is also possible to arrange a sequence of sessions, which can be tailored toward:

• Deepening in connection with the blue lotus, for example journeying across a lunar cycle, mirroring the lifecycle of the lotus - from mud to bloom.

• Focusing more intentionally on healing, restoration, and integration through energy healing work.
