Why I created this…

For the past decade, my work has lived at the intersection of storytelling and systems change.

I have supported intergovernmental organisations, investment firms, cultural institutions and large-scale initiatives to shape narratives specifically in the area of peace-building and environmental sustainability. In those spaces, storytelling is treated as a strategic tool, something carefully designed to move complex ideas from intention into collective impact.

And yet, over time, a deeper truth began to reveal itself. While systems matter, institutions alone do not birth new worlds. It is individuals founding their own unique visions who carry the seeds of the future in their voice and their work. It is through their ability to create, share and express their ideas that new paradigms actually take root.

I have always been a storyteller by nature. Instinctively shaping myth and meaning from the world around me. Over the years, I found myself increasingly drawn into intimate, co-creative spaces with individuals who were birthing something new: a project, a practice, a body of work, a physical space. Often, these individuals arrived at a moment of ripening, when an idea was ready to cross from the inner world into form.

In those moments, my role was something between an architect and a midwife. They came seeking a way to give shape to what they were holding: to translate a soul-level vision into language and story that would allow it to live, breathe and move in the world. What was needed was the right weaving of story, one that could honour the soul of the work as it came into tangible form.

The Storyweaver emerged from this journey. It is the first mentorship of this kind I have designed, shaped by almost a decade of professional experience across storytelling and systems change, and a lifetime of living close to storytelling as a creative, spiritual force. It is designed to support those who feel called to share their work in a way that is authentic, coherent and alive - without contorting themselves to fit extractive or manipulative models of visibility.
